Package 2: Midlife Empowerment

Men and Women in midlife, feeling lost or anxious, and looking for life coaching to find balance, confidence, and calm.

4 weeks (1 hour zoom calls)
Initial 60-minute consultation for in-depth discussion of individual needs and goals.
Understanding the physiological and emotional changes of midlife.
Developing personalised strategies for managing symptoms like low self-esteem, sleep disturbances, and mood swings. (Under CBT)
Creating an action plan for incorporating lifestyle changes (nutrition, exercise, stress management) to support overall well-being.
Exploring new possibilities and creating a fulfilling vision for the future.
WhatsApp support between sessions for quick questions and encouragement.
Resources including curated articles, book recommendations, and relaxation techniques.

Package 3: Midlife Transformation

Men and Women who are struggling with persistent midlife symptoms and seeking comprehensive support for making sustainable lifestyle changes.

£500.00
6 weeks (1 hour zoom calls)
Initial 60-minute consultation for deep dive into health history, lifestyle assessment, and goal setting.
Six 60-minute weekly coaching sessions addressing:
Midlife balancing and symptom management
Stress reduction techniques including mindfulness and breathwork.
Fitness guidance for maintaining bone density, muscle mass, and energy levels.
Strategies for improving sleep quality and cognitive function. (CBT)
Exploring new possibilities and creating a fulfilling vision for the future.
WhatsApp support between sessions for quick questions and encouragement.
Access to a private online community for peer support and shared learning.
