Why should I start with a Life Coach?

A life coach is a trained professional who partners with individuals to help them clarify their goals, identify and overcome obstacles, and create a clear path forward. Unlike therapy, which often delves into past traumas to heal, coaching is forward-focused, action-oriented, and centered on personal and professional growth.

How can I benefit from Life Coaching?

The benefit of working with a Life Coach, is they will help you to gain clarity, confidence and actionable strategies to move forward, helping your overall health and well-being.

How often should I meet with my Life Coach?

There are no rules, it would depend on the individuals circumstances, and their end goal, which will determine the length of time they spend with their Life Coach. Some may benefit from a number of sessions, either weekly or monthly for a set period, while others may be happy with just one or two sessions.

Is it normal to feel anxious or even panicky about the future?

Yes, it’s very normal, and it’s not “just in your head.” For both men and women everyday life can increase anxiety and even trigger panic attacks in some.  Add to this the very real life stresses of midlife, relationships, work and family it makes sense why you might feel on edge.
There are treatments and strategies that help, from lifestyle changes, mindfulness, and more. Most importantly, know you don’t have to “just cope” alone.

Why do I feel so lost and invisible now that I’m in my 40s/50s? I used to feel confident, but lately I don’t even recognise myself?

This is incredibly common. Midlife often comes with hormonal changes, children leaving home, career shifts, aging parents, and a culture that wrongly idolises youth. It can shake anyone’s sense of identity and worth.
