The Founder

Hi, I’m Helen Adams, a Life and Menopause Coach

Where I’m Based and How I Can Help

Life Coaching UK - Helen Adams

Here’s how it began.

I turned 50—a milestone I was excited about after a long and successful career in logistics.
And yet something was wrong: instead of excitement, I felt tired, heavy, emotional.
My menopause had started, and I felt trapped, frustrated, demotivated. I was low—a lot of the time. And I started dreading work, where I felt invisible and stigmatised.
After much internal struggle, I prioritised my wellbeing and resigned—a decision that brought me relief and restored a sense of dignity and self-control.
My decision was the beginning of an incredible new journey: founding Menopause Studio as a Life and Menopause Coach based in the UK.

Welcome to Menopause Studio

I founded Menopause Studio on the belief that no woman should feel forced out of her career because of the menopause.
I believe conversations around menopause in the workplace need to shift away from stigma and towards understanding.

What I stand for

Mission, Vision & Values

My pillars of commitment

Mission Statement

At Menopause Studio, I’m passionate about helping women unlock their full potential during the menopause transition. My mission is to provide a safe, nurturing space where women can share their experiences, find support, and discover new ways to thrive. I’m dedicated to empowering women to take control of their health, happiness, and well-being – and to living their best lives!

Vision

Creating a safe space for women to openly share their experiences and feelings is crucial. It allows them to find solace and support from like-minded individuals who understand the challenges they are facing. This safe space provides a platform for women to freely express themselves without fear of judgment or ridicule. It fosters a sense of camaraderie and empathy, as women come together to navigate the turmoil they are going through. By knowing that they are not alone in their struggles, women can find comfort and strength in the shared journey towards empowerment and healing.

Values

Empowering Women, Embracing Change: With compassion, expertise, and a dash of humour, we’re here to guide and support women through the menopause journey, helping them thrive, not just survive. Let’s celebrate this new chapter together!

Empowerment, Understanding, Empathy, Positivity, Giving women a voice
